To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同同事happy hour 去咗大角咀呢間裝修幾靚嘅西餐廳夜晚時間嚟到都冇乜人 坐得超級舒服牛油果蟹肉合桃石榴汁沙律 沙律汁用咗石榴汁去調配感覺清新 上面加上好多一絲絲嘅蟹肉牛油果同合桃碎 口感豐富 食完都勁開胃燒牛舌 厚薄適中 有香嘅牛味兼有咬口 食到牛舌嘅彈性 墨西哥風味烤雞 烤雞半隻份量都幾大 雞皮燒到金黃非常香脆入面嘅雞肉仲好嫩滑而且又用得令人欲罷不能 另外仲有個墨西哥汁可以一齊食酸酸辣辣 唔錯士多啤梨蘋果金寶配雪糕 將甜筒倒轉放非常有創意好似獨角獸咁可愛 士多啤梨金寶酸酸甜甜 唔會好漏蜜柑薑汁燒酎 酒味濃淡適中 蜜柑同薑汁配搭得宜
