To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友係銅鑼灣返工，話呢度係佢的日本菜飯堂，款式多性價比高。三文魚腩刺身-有4片，全部都好厚切-十分肥美，真正的入口即溶牛舌串燒-有三大片，估唔到牛味好重-燒得一啲都唔乾身，咬落仲有牛汁，加埋檸檬汁更惹味牛油果軟殼蟹沙律-軟殼蟹炸得脆卜卜，加上蟹籽係面，有口感味道又提昇-沙律菜好新鮮，牛油果有4-6塊，滿滿的健康感燒廣島蠔-有蒜香味牛油味-蠔身飽滿多汁汁燒魷魚筒-最有驚喜的一碟！魷魚筒好大隻肥美，一上碟完全有被驚艷到！-燒得恰到好處，一啲都唔韌。食到魷魚的鮮味-有個類似泰式的酸甜汁，十分出色
