To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一排突然之間好想食燒肉，試來試去都係覺得牛角最抵食🙈所以特登download返個app，遙距攞位，去到直接入去就得，唔使排隊👍🏻———牛角特選牛五品燒肉盛合 $135同朋友一人叫咗一款燒肉盛合定食，佢每款肉都有兩塊，包括牛肋肉、厚燒牛舌、牛舌、肩脊肉，同埋腹胸肉。唔好以為每樣得兩塊好少，食完真係好飽🤤呢個定食仲包昆布湯、前菜、牛角飯，同埋飲品，個人認為一個咁樣嘅lunch set非常之抵食🤩牛角啲肉果然冇令我失望，一如既往嘅都係咁鬆軟彈牙，牛角飯亦都係冇得彈👍🏻佢啲紫菜加埋燒汁配落個飯度，再配埋啲燒肉，簡直係絕配😍依家一路打呢個captain都仲回味緊佢有幾好味😋食完10塊肉真係好想再嗌多幾碟散碟，不過實在太飽食唔落，睇嚟下次都係食放題先滿足到我食燒肉嘅慾望🥳
