To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

部隊火鍋 $188 (2人份) 湯底可自選泡菜辛辣或者豬骨湯底🍲 配料有10幾款包括司華力腸、香腸、午餐肉、魚糕、年糕、金針菇、翠玉瓜、豆腐等，另外再送芝士公仔麵/ 粉絲，食到後面加埋落去又拉絲又吸收晒湯底精華超級邪惡🧀️ 部隊鍋的配料除左一早已經落左個好幾款之外，額外仲包左幾粒泡菜餃子分開上🥟 自己就返時間落會唔會越煮越爛設計安排都算貼心～而呢個套餐仲包三款前菜，辣蓮藕同辣泡菜都屬於重口味系列，比想像中辣同酸！另外每人有一杯飲品，冷熱都唔需要額外加錢㗎～初頭以為部隊鍋唔算好多嘢，所以額外叫左炸紫菜粉絲卷 $42 同埋多一份生菜包辣豬肉 $75🥬 點知最後真係眼闊肚窄食唔晒！粉絲卷有成8件咁多，每件都炸得酥脆夠晒熱辣辣🔥 辣豬肉就偏濃味配埋生菜食就比較好🌶️
