To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金百利廣場喺銅鑼灣相當有歷史，想試築地日本料理好耐，開頭聽個名以為系日式放題，原來系日本菜，仲要啲菜式性價比好高❣️✿ 清水心跳 $38菜式好過癮🤭芒果🥭青瓜🥒蘆筍牛油果🥑有芒果當然令味道變得十分清甜，有青瓜蘆筍牛油果三款蔬菜搭組合相當清新💚✿ 青龍 $50同樣系卷物，呢款有海膽吉列蝦🍤青瓜，表面海苔令外型好打卡able😁💚吉列蝦卷脆卜卜得黎吾油膩，海膽又夠新鮮🧡成個組合令人感覺好滋味😋 ✿ 茶碗蒸 $28相信大家喺一間連鎖壽司店亦好中意茶碗蒸🙊裡面有蝦肉🦐蜆肉等材料，蛋香味不錯🥚✿ 芝士玉子燒 $58芝士玉子燒表面有大量芝士🧀邪惡度十足😈玉子燒裡面亦蛋香味濃郁💛蛋汁尚算足夠。✿ 汁燒魷魚筒 $68原隻魷魚筒真系好吸睛👀自己本身好中意食魷魚鬚🦑中間一件件魷魚圈亦充滿嚼勁，加上少少辣嘅醬汁，更增添滋味🔥✿ 海之逸魚生飯 $108魚生飯材料豐富，有玉子三文魚油甘魚北寄貝帶子甜蝦，數款材料亦新鮮，對三文魚帶子甜蝦印象相對深刻，鮮味十足。
