朋友介紹的隱世高人主理的日式料理。主廚安東先生為前日本領事館官邸主廚,上星期小試牛刀散叫幾個小菜跟朋友一起試菜。環境清幽,只有12個座位。用心製作不在話下,想不到廚師連水都有要求!使用日本運來的16度超軟水。我曾在日本居住,玄穗所提供的,除了基本要求 - 美味之外,還是文化體驗。提醒大家除了白米飯之外,甜品也是必試之選。實在想不到在高級餐廳居然有白飯配佐料!
