To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某日 , 到 荃灣 - IKEA 購買家具 , 順便到附設的 IKEA Restaurant & Bistro 吃晚餐 ~我點了 燒特級西冷 $ 59 燒特級西冷 $ 59 : IKEA 的這個燒特級西冷 , 我敢肯定是全城最抵吃的 , 以這個價錢 , 這個質數來說 , 其性價比真高 , 西冷厚切 , 肉質軟綿鮮嫩 , 邊位更是帶有甘香豐腴的脂肪 , 而且肉味香濃 ; 伴隨牛扒的是有烤薯仔、雜菜 , 配上牛肝菌忌廉汁 , 真是吃得不亦樂乎 ~這樣豐富 , 只是需要 $ 59 , 現今物價高企 , 就是自己買食材回家煮來吃也帶點難度 , 性價比真是超高 ~本篇完 ~
