To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工做完嘢有啲攰,好想放縱一下心旭旭想食下火鍋,就畀我諗到北角有一間質素高嘅火鍋餐廳, 今晚就去盡啲直接攻頂食個398蚊嘅日本和牛試下先! 一嚟都唔使一分鐘湯底同牛肉已經到齊, 一見到啲牛肉就知道係靚嘢, 只需要簡單桌一桌我連豉油都冇落直接咁樣食,完全感受到牛肉嘅甘香同埋佢嘅油花香, 忍唔住我今晚就已經不知不覺食咗七碟和牛,日本豚肉我亦都食咗兩碟。 豚肉亦都係一點都不失禮非常之嫩滑鮮味。 不得不提我今晚飲咗佢嘅冷泡茶完全冇飲過汽水因為啲茶實在太好飲,最後我仲食咗五個m字品牌嘅雪糕球, 我估我淨係食雪糕已經食超過一百蚊以上🤣🤣完全係物超所值回曬本! 我完全推介去開北角嘅朋友去試一試絕對唔會令你失望。
