天氣開始凍,見到新開左呢間,見到佢地既濃湯雞鍋係一人鍋,一個人去嘆都無問題,睇餐牌見價錢都幾抵食.睇返原來佢地每日既湯底熬製達 5小時,先用蒸爐將數公斤重既雞隻蒸足3小時去獲取原汁原味的精華,然後將雞煎香,再將雞汁同精華一同熬製成自然的奶白色,過程不會混合或添加任何化學元素,可以放心食用.我地既晚餐就當然一人一個濃湯雞鍋,店員會俾埋個爐keep住熱個鍋,唔怕凍哂! 我地仲叫埋小食.🍲招牌花膠濃湯雞鍋足足有3-4片大花膠,幾爽口! 雞肉嫩滑,湯汁濃郁,裡面仲有紅棗同木耳,本身可以揀配飯/米線/麵/薯粉等,我就揀左配薯粉,估唔到薯粉勁大碗!! 將薯粉擺入鍋度煮又得,將湯倒落碗薯粉又得! 薯粉吸收哂湯汁好入味! 另外仲可以加配唔同既配料,我就加左潮州魚蛋同魚片頭! 潮州魚蛋好爽,而魚片頭好有彈性,充滿魚香.🍲胡椒豬肚雞鍋呢個加左胡椒勁香! 而且好開胃!! 飲啖湯即刻暖哂,$58咋,好足料,有好多豬肚同雞肉,一樣有紅棗同木耳,都係揀左配薯粉! 今次就另外加配左豬潤!! 豬潤俾得多,而且放係胡椒豬肚雞度好夾,又滋補又補血.🫔腐皮釀蝦滑呢個係招牌小食,賣相唔錯,裡面釀左滿滿的蝦滑,口感豐富! 點埋
