To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同男朋友行完Sogo直奔去對面金百利食野勝在夠多選擇最鐘意食日本野既我一定揀去築地 CP值高由於店面唔係話好大如果夜啲就可能等位所以最好book定台好受歡迎大部分份都係卡位形式坐得都舒服平時唔想諗都實會叫佢既套餐食價錢抵過哂散叫話得CP值高散叫當然都唔貴啦壽司刺身魚生飯都幾抵食加埋海膽都係一百蚊左右刺身飯既份量都幾多如果叫其他野既可以同人share海膽色澤唔算好金黃但入口味道濃郁三文魚不太肥剛好中和海膽肥美既口感而飯底下仲加左飯素唔覺唔覺就食左一大碗飯啦另外再點左兩款刺身劍魚腩肉質唔似其他刺身會較爽嫰味道亦較清淡男朋友唔鐘意太肥既刺身呢款就好適合佢而超愛肥美刺身既我就當然選擇三文魚腩魚腩切得薄薄地唔會太漏食落入口即溶油香十足呢款卷物更是驚喜之選簡直係一次過滿足幾個願望又有灸燒海膽又有帶子仲有我好鐘意既牛油果海膽輕輕燒過帶出左鮮甜味而帶子亦一貫咁好食呢個組合非常夾推介最黎叫左款平時較少見既熟食雞卷用吉列既炸法但仲keep到肉質滑嫰有汁三文魚籽神來之筆令味道唔算濃既雞肉添左分咸香口感特別芝士醬不算太濃而且雞卷包左啲青瓜漬物酸酸地中和番所以食落
