To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友嚟咗中環食元氣，中環呢一間呢係有高速線，但係呢就冇lunch set嘅，所以我哋兩個人叫左係超多嘢食。首先唔少得嘅就係壽司呀，特別係三文魚壽司，my favourite! 元氣呢係連鎖壽司店裏面都算係咁，唔會食到肚痛又唔貴。跟住先發現元氣原來係有熱食嘅烏冬嘅，呢個竹輪烏冬。上面張相見到仲叫左個炸天婦羅蝦烏冬。跟住我哋仲試大阪章魚燒，咁比起嗰啲專係買章魚燒店就冇得比㗎喇，不過試下咁啦，雖然我覺得下次唔會再嗌。另外就係呢間做咗高速線同用ipad order 之外， 原來仲可以用app點嘅，直接喺手機可以睇到有咩嗌咗，都唔錯。
