佢地係西營盤果陣已經想試,依家搬左去銅鑼灣位置就更方便,所以生日飯揀左呢度食。首先餐廳環境設計舒適,唔會有扮高級果種壓迫感。用餐因為貪方便,我地揀左Sharing set,$498 per head 另加一,會包一杯sparking wine。不過一叫呢個set,同行既人都要叫,唔可以一個叫一個唔叫。食物方面,個starter " Crispy Polenta 非常有驚喜,我係一個唔鍾意芝士既人都覺得好好食,佢既Parmesan芝士混左大蒜蛋黃醬/ 玉米/開心果,味道好有層次感。手工意粉texture 係我鍾意既,個牛頰肉寬帶麵個汁做得好,肉質亦非常嫰。唯一係Seabass,Seabass D肉係好滑,但我嫌個broth 略淡,味道有D 㝰,如果將清湯改為三色椒pepper sauce( 我曾經參考過Gordon Ramsy 個醬汁做法非常好味),我覺得會再可以提升個味道。之於個tiramisu真係冇得彈,軟棉棉,甜度適中。另外值得一讚,侍應服務非常好,好有禮貌。所以絕對會再黎食。
