To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網燒牛扒定食，麵豉湯意想不到咁重麵豉味，好有誠意。白飯粒粒分明，飯素香口唔太鹹。牛扒原來有兩層份量，呢個價錢極抵食，薄燒令牛肉瘦得來唔韌，醬汁帶味醂味無咁滯。午市套餐加$15有一客茶碗蒸，好滑溜但係雞湯底，內裏亦有一塊雞肉，冬菇同蟹柳，味道其實不錯，但我認知茶碗蒸一直是鰹魚湯底，好有驚喜吉列豬扒比較薄切，新鮮炸起好香口，拉麵份量唔少，豬骨湯底比較淡但帶有蒜香味+$10有兩件自選壽司，三文魚壽司新鮮，品質正常，性價比高午市套餐冇加一，但職員都好有禮貌，而且主動熱心，銅鑼灣鬧市呢個價錢同質素真係好抵
