Mata Japanese cuisine 係一間位於長沙灣廣場嘅日式料理餐廳,由地鐵站行上去非常方便。炸穴子骨其實穴子骨就即係鰻魚嘅骨,平時食鰻魚最怕就係啃骨,但估唔到今次直接食又幾得意,因為炸到好脆,以為都唔似食骨咁,可以咬得平,椒鹽味粉比例剛剛好,值得試下新嘢,唔洗成日雞軟骨。大蔥雞肉串大蔥燒得夠時間,保留夠多甜味,辛味就唔太勁,雞肉係原舊雞肉,所以口感會好過免治雞肉棒好多。材料都保持到juicy.腐乳豬肉串呢個用腐乳醬雖然已經夠哂特別,但個豚肉本身先係最精彩之處。入口即化的口感唔在講,日本豚肉嘅精髓就係肉味濃烈但完全無騷味。鹽燒白鱔新鮮嘅大白鱔選擇用最簡單嘅鹽燒處理係最值得欣賞,啱啱好燒到剛熟,肉質保持到爽口彈牙。嫩雞煨日式拉麵呢個係一個比較fusion 左上海菜嘅拉麵,雞肉煨面味道比較順滑啲,大量嘅蔬菜碎做配搭平衡下奶油湯底,每一啖肉菜面都有齊,好味飲品Fuji mountain Passion tea呢度無論係cocktail 定mocktail 造型味道都好用心製作,就算唔係食飯嚟,叫d 小食飲下嘢都好好,性價比好高。

炸穴子骨
