To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友黎到屯門v city行街，又想食下日本野，見到個門面咁高級但野食唔算貴，就決定食呢間。平日中午1點左右，人流唔算多，2人枱大約等左5分鐘就入得，仲安排左卡位比我地坐。我叫左「百両定食」，朋友叫「千両刺身壽司便當」，叫完好快送上枱，賣相正常，感覺會食得飽～百両定食入邊包括沙律、7塊壽司、天婦羅同埋烏冬。所有野都好正常，$108加一價錢算係好合理。朋友個刺身壽司餐係$168，佢見到我個餐睇落同佢個份量差不多，覺得我個餐抵食好多
