To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-之前已經食過印象中係幾好味又抵食所以回頭👍🏻星期六夜晚去食，好彩未算多人唔使等位/(卷物三款)—海膽帶子卷——青龍——牛油果軟殼蟹卷—/全部卷物都幾好食，配搭幾好海膽同帶子都幾新鮮包住嘅炸物都係脆身同有溫度👍🏻/(炸物兩款)—海老天婦羅——一口炸豆腐—/炸物天婦羅係新鮮熱辣辣唔好即刻食太熱氣一口豆腐體積都大，要幾口先食得晒🤣/—板燒香蒜牛舌—板燒牛舌係原個鐵板上枱來到嘅時候仲滋滋聲店員都有細心提示我地要小心唔好掂到塊鐵板🥰牛舌份量好多，但可能過熟略嫌有啲硬身/—金菇牛肉卷—超級推介！牛肉好有牛味又唔係乾身牛肉，咬落仲有肉汁另外份量都好多👍🏻Share食岩岩好😘/—雞翼（串燒）—只落左少量鹽調味，比較啖口方便大家自己落七味粉呢啲調味料/非常性價比高嘅一間日本料理餐廳去銅鑼灣都用到呢個價錢食日本料理都算一個好選擇👍🏻👍🏻
