幾日前上網book定weekday lunch!門面及裝修幾靚,但枱與枱之間距離超近,只夠打側入 (仲近過茶餐廳👎🏻),不能夠靜靜地同朋友傾傾吓,所以只能叫Bouillon做平民法國菜🇫🇷。餐廳係冇tap water,只有bottled still/sparkling water ($30pp)。上菜前都會提供一籃sourdough🍞同牛油🧈Meal for two 👭🏼Appetiser 🍽- onion tart ($178)- bone marrow ($158)- pork terrine ($188)Main 🍽- duck confit ($258)Overall食物都算大碟,唔似平時法國菜一啖食晒。對得住價錢👌🏻🧅 Onion Tart 不在main menu,擺盤幾靚但味道略咸。上面放咗啲青蘋果絲同沙甸魚。🐄 Bone Marrow 太油膩了🐖 Pork Tarrine外面酥皮唔夠脆🦆 Duck Confit 油封鴨髀算幾大隻,上菜時都好夠熱,鴨皮夠脆口,但肉質不夠淋。
