To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宜加周圍既放題同自助餐都閒閒地四百蚊，難得見到$200 內既放題，即刻試下🤤旺角既串爆係一間提供兩小時四川口味串串放題任飲任食嘅餐廳。有超多款肉同菜，大食既朋友一定好開心!😋我最鍾意佢哋嘅孜然牛肉同豬頸肉，味道非常入味，肉質爽口彈牙另外，串爆可以加$10 提供蘸碟，裡面有芝麻油嘅香氣同埋海量蒜蓉，配合串燒一齊食，冇得頂😋除咗串燒，串爆嘅涼盤小食種類亦都非常豐富我特別鍾意嘅係手撕雞、黑木耳同糖醋蘿蔔手撕雞肉鮮嫩多汁，每一口都帶有濃郁嘅雞肉香味🤤黑木耳爽脆，配合香辣調味，好開胃糖醋蘿蔔幾甜幾驚喜，口感幾清爽～❤️餐廳仲提供冷泡茶(都係任飲!)，可以中和一下辣味食物不過解辣黎講就一定要叫冰粉，好爽滑～❤️性價比黎講，串爆真係冇得輸因為係小店，座位唔多，大家去之前記得book 位呢!

我特別鍾意嘅係手撕雞、黑木耳同糖醋蘿蔔
手撕雞肉鮮嫩多汁，每一口都帶有濃郁嘅雞肉香味🤤
黑木耳爽脆，配合香辣調味，好開胃
