To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很好吃的一家店,去得早都沒怎麼排隊,吃完以後外面已經排了好多人,無所謂是不是米一,但是真的好吃啊。 服務嘛,習慣就好,香港除了大酒樓基本也就這樣了。地方也很擠很小 酥皮叉燒包,好吃。起酥起得很好,叉燒甜甜的,一定要熱的時候才好吃。 簡單牛肉飯,第一次吃,感覺很喜歡,醬油和牛肉的鮮交織在了一起,而且牛肉是像個肉餅一樣的那種,很有彈性。醬油就像是煲仔飯的醬油。 鳳爪蝦餃這些就不多說了,反正沒出錯。 蜜汁腸粉也好吃。 布拉腸粉,就是什麼都不加的這種,做得不錯,很薄很韌。 最後買單人均60都不到,性價比太高了。以至於可以忽略服務態度和環境。
