佐敦原來有一間價比高又高質的日本居酒屋店先點了幾款佐酒小食,炸蝦寶 ($78) 是有史以來見過咁大隻的送酒炸蝦,蝦肉鮮甜,爽口彈牙,外殼炸得酥脆,送酒一流。酒盜芝士 ($68) 鹹香濃郁,同樣非常好的下酒菜。三文魚壽司 ($24)、劍魚腩壽司 ($32)、甜蝦壽司 ($48)都夠肥美,特別一提師傅把甜蝦尾剝了,放在炸蝦寶內一起炸😆。天蝦卷 ($128) 整體味道雖然不太濃,仲食到蝦肉的鮮及爽口質感。清酒煮大蜆 ($88) 蜆肉煮得剛點熟,肉質又嫩又甜。串燒分別點了黑豚青蔥圈 ($28) 、厚燒仙苔牛舌 ($48)、生雞皮串 ($30) 燒得夠香口,最值得一贊係食到牛舌及豚肉食材本身的肉味。
