To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚是平日星期三，打算到某大型商場睇吓佢哋嘅感謝祭，在逛商場之前，先吃個晚飯再去血拼，因此走到鄰近大廈搵下野食，搵到昵間樓上日本菜，乘電梯上樓。一出lift門便見到佢地既餐廳門口七時入座，差不多全餐廳滿座食物選擇款式甚多，刺身，壽司，拉麵，炸物等等任君選擇先上韓式泡菜，味道並不一是韓國菜館提供既那種味道，不太辣，有點酸酸甜甜北寄貝沙律手卷，材料豐富鰻魚玉子手卷，材料新鮮三文魚腩刺身，有四大舊，全部都是厚切，用冰鎮住以防刺身出水及變壞，每舊刺身都非常新鮮肥美清酒煮蜆，極力推薦！熱辣辣上枱，每隻蜆都好肥美，而且湯底用上鰹魚湯再加上黃芽白菜，好好喝！廣島蠔釜飯，一打開木蓋，飯香及蠔香撲鼻，還有少許香口飯焦地獄拉麵，有海鮮伴麵
