陳漢記一向係大埔出名既美食餐廳,有朋友專程話黎大埔食飯,梗係帶佢黎依度試下。雖然星期日黎食,但因為我地六點前到左,所以都唔使等位就可以入去,四個人我地叫左五樣野,叫左叉燒腸份,腸粉皮晶瑩通透,皮薄且夠滑。同埋兩碗粥,一碗就皮蛋瘦肉粥,另一碗就及第粥。不過就只係影左皮蛋瘦肉粥。粥就ok啦,不算太特別。叫左碟牛雜,牛肚分量偏多,其他部位就少D,不過食落牛雜都幾乾淨,都唔錯。重點就係煲仔飯,六點之後就有得叫,我地叫左窩蛋牛肉飯。依度既煲仔飯都好出名,上次觀察左D食客點樣落鼓油,原來都有學問。就係先落一半鼓油,之後蓋反個蓋,焗佢一陣再落埋剩低既鼓油,之後既煲仔飯就好好味了!另外,叫左兩枝大既獅威,最後一人都係八十蚊,真係性價比好高既平民餐廳。
