To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開九龍城梗係要食泰國菜啦！今次同朋友一出宋王臺地鐵站就見到呢一間小曼谷泰國美食，決定同朋友就喺呢度食晚餐！咸肉炒芥蘭，芥蘭好柔嫩，好新鮮！豬肉碎生菜包，有得選擇辣度，我哋揀咗小辣，有辣嘅香味，但又唔會太辣，連唔係好食得辣嘅朋友都覺得食到。泰式鮮蝦金邊粉，份量好多，金邊粉炒得啱啱好，唔會太乾唔會太濕，食落好煙靭，蝦都好大隻好彈牙，配合埋花生更加有口感！泰式拼盤入邊有蝦餅、魚餅、春卷、雞棗點咗細份，每一款會有兩舊，而且會幫你剪開一半，好貼心，方便share食。我覺得樣都好好食，全部都係新鮮炸，好香脆，最喜歡蝦餅，好重蝦味！泰式咖喱法包軟殼蟹，呢個咖喱好香口，配合麵包，麵包吸晒所有咖喱汁，真係一流，軟殼蟹份量好多，而且都炸好脆。而飲品我哋每人點左一杯，而且有得選擇甜度好好！我點咗椰皇沙冰小甜，好大杯，椰皇味好重，本身唔係鍾意飲太甜嘅嘢所以我覺得少甜啱啱好。
