To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經開業大約兩至三個月的chicken factory(西環分店),我們已經幫襯很多次了。他們以半自助及外賣為主,但亦有少量坐位供堂食。而我們最鐘意的有幾款餐可與大家分享一下。最低食之選:半隻皇牌烤雞餐$50全日供應有三款醬汁選一款牛肝菌汁(有點似蘑菇汁味)、咖喱汁(勁辣,適合愛辣的你)、麻辣醬。以下三款選兩個雞油飯(有雞油香)、烤雜菜(有椰菜花、四季豆、紅蘿蔔和菇菌,炒得爽口不軟身)和焗薯(是連皮焗,薯心熟透,口感軟棉棉)配罐裝汽水或加錢換其他飲品雖是半隻雞,但size比燒春雞還要大,有很多肉,雞胸焗得剛剛好,不會鞋口,雞髀位很juice!雞是有醃味,味道洽好,不會有太多的香料味。下午兩點至六點是下午茶時間我最喜歡的是烤焗雞髀蘑菇飯$36配健康冷泡茶或罐裝汽水,亦可加錢換其他飲品。雞髀算大隻,表皮有辣粉,皮脆肉香。蘑菇飯有香濃蘑菇味,把飯和汁攪勻吃,汁和飯的份量比例剛剛好,雖然細碗,但食完雞髀和飯,再有飲品已經很飽肚了。而他們另一出名菜式無骨海南雞飯$48配紫菜蘿蔔雞湯伴有薑蓉和酸菜他們海南雞特別在是幼切的,皮滑肉嫩,老人家和小孩都可以食用,而飯有雞油和淡淡香茅味。雞湯有很多一片片的

(在付款和拿到食物後,自行到雪櫃內取)
烏龍冷泡茶(有一大包茶葉在裡面,最適合炎炎夏日,食完飯飲用,解漬消滯),檸檬洛神花冷泡茶(有一包曬乾了的洛神花在樽內,淡淡清新檸檬香,帶有少少酸味,提神開胃,紅色好吸引,檸檬和洛神花更有食療供效),凍豆漿(陣陣豆香,不太甜,老幼皆宜)、檸檬薏米水、奶茶咖啡和罐裝汽水等。


最初不太認識chicken factory , 經上網找尋後,原來已經有好多間分店,而且集團式經營,更有他們對烤雞的一套獨特製法和熱試,最緊要是價錢真的很平宜,好低食,薄利多銷,性價比高!。
