To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

良心小店《珠記》近觀塘碼頭，上落船口痕的話，食少少野都無問題吧平日午飯套餐近五十元搞掂，睇落好抵食。一見喜樂餐，就估到老闆是基督徒，這就一定要大力懲戒如此良心小店最後，小弟點了一客套餐B - 西檸雞飯配熱檸水 $52這餐飯太大碗了吧！食完飽到肚仔漲卜卜，配一件件淋滿西檸汁的炸雞件，份外開胃。西檸汁酸酸甜甜，用作撈飯就一流但由於檸檬切得太細片，令人容易吃下了那小片檸檬，就酸到爆粗了至於炸雞件則不油膩，香脆可口，雞肉算是嫩滑的$52 真的食到飽肚。飲多杯熱檸水，個肚仔都頂住頂住，但為了懲戒良心小店，性價比如此高，又有何所謂呢？
