早在高中時代已經經常來pink salmon食飯,最中意泡沫三文魚湯以及搽麵包的三文魚醬,那時候永遠都要在特別日子先捨得食大餐,每次都會食到橕著肚皮回家!現在出黎社會做野有收入,仍然耐不耐要黎開飯叫得pink salmon 餐廳都以粉紅色及黑色做主調,卡位及梳化坐得舒適,有時情侶黎仲會安排vip房(內裡更加粉紅),要留意餐廳5-6時清潔,別摸門釘! 印象中餐牌都沒有大改動,套餐有兩個價錢,價格夠高的可選泡沫三文魚湯或酥皮龍蝦/海鮮湯。我仍舊是點我最愛的牛柳伴香煎鵝肝! 先上法式麵包,麵包外脆內軟,每人兩片,配上牛油及三文魚醬,個人特別鍾情三文魚醬,面頭有少許蟹籽,三文魚醬好rich and creamy帶有魚香又唔腥,唔洗蘸湯都已經好好食。 再黎就係泡沫煙三文魚湯。望落去真係好似cappuccino! 魚湯溫度非常高,飲既時候要小心,魚湯濃滑唔腥,帶有些少忌廉味,橙橙粉粉地色,內有約四塊三文魚,肥美而唔會煲到無味,口感濃厚豐富,的確飲完已有少少飽意 再黎就係戲肉-特級牛柳伴香煎鵝肝,我點了黑椒汁。牛柳份量可不少,成個手掌咁大!七成熟剛剛好,牛味濃郁但不韌,亦唔係

再黎就係戲肉-特級牛柳伴香煎鵝肝,我點了黑椒汁。牛柳份量可不少,成個手掌咁大!七成熟剛剛好,牛味濃郁但不韌,亦唔係個種被鬆肉粉醃過的毫無質感的次貨。面頭放上香煎鵝肝,油香四溢!伴菜有燒蕃茄、西蘭花、翠肉瓜及茄子,色香味俱全。

甜品另外加$28點了朱古力心太軟伴雪糕-一切開朱古力漿慢慢流出,朱古力味好重反而不太甜。伴上雪糕及香橙片,香橙正好解一解膩

由於真係好飽好飽,點返杯凍檸茶消滯,極及大杯呢!檸檬片又多又厚,茶味香濃真的不錯

每一次光臨pink salmon都沒有令我失望,證明一直能保持水準,相信我耐不耐都會黎大快朵頤!
