又到一年一度既聖誕節!連續咁多日假期最痛苦一定係諗食乜!又要就住個荷包,又要就女朋友今日就試下食呢間係油麻地唔太起,價錢大眾化,而且氣氛都唔錯既紅粉佳人即日下午打去約7點半 ,有位到步唔洗等,座位都9成滿說實話,門口唔太吸引到walkin 客但內部氣氛不錯點左c餐西班牙燴飯同e餐ribs仲加左20蚊轉傳說中既酥皮龍蝦湯先黎餐包係熱辣辣既法包!加埋三文魚白汁醬!絕配!一定要食!(所有餐都有送)之後就餐湯龍蝦味好濃!仲有粒粒肉係入面!但酥皮略嫌唔夠牛油香主菜鴨胸西班牙飯鴨胸略韌,但個西班牙飯好入味,個汁好正另一主菜 豬仔骨 超大份! 肉質細嫩最後甜品同餐飲餐飲一般甜品無升級食心太軟要番個餐送既蛋糕真係唔太得又乾又無味埋單400 2位 都算抵食! continue reading

平日既我真係好鍾意睇完食評先再去食飯。咁又係時候開心SHARE一下,要繼續KEEP UP打下一D飲食BLOG先!晚餐成日都好頭痛諗去邊到食,食扒平時D好少少既餐廳又好貴⋯⋯經朋友介紹黎食呢間。週末6點到去到唔洗等位⋯⋯正!!晚市套餐約200蚊唔洗一位,連湯連包連飲品再連甜品。一個好少少既DINNER都算抵食!今晚我地就揀咗個虎蝦白汁意粉,夠晒CREAMY (出面成日成既白汁意粉D汁都唔夠CREAMY,好可惡的)。虎蝦有2大隻,好新鮮,煮到啱啱好!推介!另外,我地叫咗個188RIB EYES,好大塊,5成熟 PERFECT!必叫佢比D 芥末呀!講返個湯同包,我睇D COMMENT好似三文魚好出名,所以加咗20蚊轉三文魚湯。不過我覺得飲一次就OK,普通叫返紅白湯都夠了。但不得不激讚係個包既醬汁,三文魚醬加牛油揸上個法包上,真係好正好有誠意的!!我比100分個包 HAHA!至於個甜品係抹茶紅豆布丁,都好好味架! continue reading

我同事在openrice看見這間餐廳有200幾個like,所以想試一下這間餐廳。於是,我們今天便去這間餐廳吃午餐。閒日的中午,有午市套餐,2位同事叫了set B公主蛋白三文魚帶子炒飯,我叫了set D鑊仔牛柳配香草蒜蓉汁,配意粉。套餐送餐湯,餐包和熱飲。公主蛋白三文魚帶子炒飯方面,一上枱,香味撲鼻而來,賣相都ok。不過味道卻欠佳。炒飯太乾身,一點水分都沒有,十分難吃。帶子太韌,很難咬開。三文魚都是太乾身,味道一般,完全不值得$60這個價錢。鑊仔牛柳配香草蒜蓉汁方面,賣相真的十分一般,而且味道都十分一般。 鑊仔牛柳根本是BBQ/茶餐廳的質素,雖然比BBQ的牛扒厚些少,但都是有根的,很堅韌,很難咬開,而且肉質都是一般。反而意粉爽口彈牙,香草蒜蓉汁味道都不錯,意粉和蒜蓉汁一起吃味道都不錯。不過完全不值得$66這個價錢。餐湯我叫了忌廉湯,忌廉湯內有火腿,粟米,另外溝了菜碎,味道都ok的。餐包方面,餐包是法式多士,太乾太硬了,而且不是塗牛油,是塗類似沙律醬的東西,最後我都是浸在忌廉湯中,味道都ok啊。熱飲叫了熱檸茶,竟然有5塊檸檬,咁抵丫,味道都不錯。環境方面,環境其實不錯的,正宗西餐廳的環境,燈光足夠,坐得舒服。不過服務態度便一般了,經常看不見你,即使舉高手,都沒有人理你。價錢方面,午市套餐都算昂貴, 公主蛋白三文魚帶子炒飯 $54, 鑊仔牛柳配香草蒜蓉汁$60,另設加一服務費,即是Set D索價$66,總共$185,十分昂貴。總結來說,這間餐廳的食物十分一般,雖然不算是十分難吃,但完全不值得這個價錢,更不值得給Like,不知道為什麼這麼多好評。 continue reading

「我欲乘風歸去, 又恐瓊樓玉宇,高處不勝寒。」— (蘇軾《水調歌頭》)有人的地方,就有是與非。是是非非,對對錯錯,真的一字就可了得?這天,需要「一個人的午餐」,給予獨處的時間,靜下來,就當滋養身心好了。時間一晃,原來三年多沒有光顧「紅粉佳人」。中午十二時來到,未到午飯時間,餐廳未見人潮。待應安排了靠玻璃窗的卡座,甫坐下,待應就送上餐牌與清水。墊枱紙卡通三文魚人物生動之外,亦甚具幽默感。餐廳英文名是PINK SALMON,這裡主打三文魚食品。點了午餐「黑椒牛仔骨」,套餐包1件法包跟湯、主菜,飲品。先來湯及法包。餐湯可選忌廉湯或雜菜湯。是日忌廉湯是「栗米火腿忌廉湯」。湯身偏稠,口感豐盈,可接受。法包只是配角,主角是這店子自製的三文魚麵包醬。醬的材料當然缺不了三文魚,還有白汁、(少許)香草,洋蔥粒,配以脆皮鬆化法包,滋味無窮。「黑椒牛仔骨」:點了薯菜。薯條是雪藏貨色,不過只要是新鮮即炸,一樣可以脆、鬆,化,點上茄汁,不消一會就吃光。牛仔骨黑椒味濃,尚算有肉味,少許難咬,整體還可以。伴菜為紅蘿蔔粒及翠肉瓜粒,用了蒜泥帶出香味,鹽吊味,沒甚味道。凍檸茶檸檬片切得極薄,茶底不太濃,可消膩,為這頓午餐畫上完美句號。 continue reading
