To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 例行team lunch 我地一行十一人就去左聘珍樓,見佢裝潢禁靚,野食都應該有反D質素。去到等位PR見我地多人就俾紙我地畫定嘢食先,十幾人差不多點心紙上有嘅都有叫。埋到位最中意嘅就係叫茶可以叫菊花茶,天氣熱熱地飲反杯都真係吾錯。禁多點心同餸,我就最中意魷魚酥,蝦腸是,咸水角同個炆米。首先個魷魚酥,熱辣辣上枱,吾係炸定等你黎,個皮又吾會骨肉分離。蝦腸,雖然皮厚左D但贏左隻蝦夠大隻,題外話呢地所有有蝦嘅點心都係大大粒蝦。咸水角,都係新鮮炸,吾算多油。最後個炆米,乾濕度岩岩好,鴨絲又多十個贊。不過埋單都140蚊一位真係比平時酒樓貴Dd,同埋無牛肉球有小小美中不足
