To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹如果食阿拉斯加長腳蟹就去海港酒家食,見佢推出338蚊一斤堂食就和家人一起去試試。可能佢食阿拉斯加長腳蟹出名所以去到嘅時候蟹的數量剩餘很少,比較重的蟹已經畀人訂了只剩下三斤多的重量選擇,我們想試蟹嘅原味所以就選擇清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,果然沒有令我們失望清蒸的長腳蟹味道鮮甜十分好味,值得一試再試,如果下次再食可以叫斤數重一啲的,很久沒有吃大鱔了,所以叫了一個豉汁蒸大鱔,蒸大鱔的火候夠,肉質爽脆鼓汁濃味,其他餸菜都是一般酒樓的味道。
