呢一間餐廳雞煲嘅雞質素都真係唔錯,難得,因為好多雞煲店恃住雞煲嘅味又重又濃,於是就可以用啲質素差啲嘅雞肉去整雞煲。湯底滾起先至落雞落去滾,大約滾5至6分鐘就食得,夠晒嫩夠晒滑,啲雞滾起一揭開個煲蓋真係非常香,個雞湯好清甜。食完晒雞飲完晒湯之後就正式開始打邊爐,我地叫咗墨魚滑、韭菜餃、鮮蝦雲吞仲有鮮淮山四樣野,估唔到一份手打墨魚滑有兩條咁多,而且都幾新鮮,食嘅時候都幾彈牙。佢個韭菜餃都唔錯,啲韭菜好香,似乎係自家製,個雲吞都幾新鮮,食隻蝦嘅時候明顯feel到佢新鮮。佢呢度有隻德國麥啤幾好飲,麥味好香。

食完晒雞飲完晒湯之後就正式開始打邊爐,我地叫咗墨魚滑、韭菜餃、鮮蝦雲吞仲有鮮淮山四樣野,估唔到一份手打墨魚滑有兩條咁多,而且都幾新鮮,食嘅時候都幾彈牙。佢個韭菜餃都唔錯,啲韭菜好香,似乎係自家製,個雲吞都幾新鮮,食隻蝦嘅時候明顯feel到佢新鮮。
