雞煲都真係要辣嘅先好食,今晚為咗就個friend所以嗌咗bb辣,雖然味道都唔錯,但係總覺得如果正常麻辣應該會更加正更加惹味。兩個人叫咗半隻雞嘅份量其實都非常之足夠,佢啲雞嘅肉質都唔錯,而且都真係有雞髀位雞翼位而唔係半隻雞舊舊都係雞胸雞骨咁樣,配料炒得好鬼香,紅洋蔥、蒜頭、薑加埋蔥,好惹味,入面仲有上海年糕片,吸晒個雞煲嘅精華。雞煲食到咁上下梗係要放湯打邊爐,其實因為已經有啲飽,所以只係嗌咗雲吞同埋蝦滑,兩樣都幾新鮮幾好食。
