這間位於尖沙咀旺區的日本料理店,由擁有30年經驗的日藉師傅主理,主打omakasa,午餐只需$500多元,款式甚多,壽司都配上不同的自家醬汁,質素很好,難怪每次都大排長龍:)蟹膏池魚壽司:池魚很肥美,魚油在口腔停留甚久,食得岀係很新鮮仔貨,配上蟹膏汁,雙重滋味。火燒厚切toro壽司:魚燒完後香味很重,厚身魚生口感甚佳,上面配上酸汁中和及提升鮮味。海膽杯:全場到高水質的一環,海膽鮮甜海水味重,外觀得完整,第一次嘗到脆身的口感,跟日本漁市場水準一致。
