同朋友約咗喺附近行市集,朋友上次食過話好食,就帶咗我嚟呢間日式小店。😋前菜係糖漬蘿蔔同枝豆,糖漬蘿蔔好爽脆,酸酸甜甜; 枝豆唔係白烚咁簡單,經過簡單調味,仲食到豆香。飲品我地叫左一杯Pineapple Coco$48同埋Apple mojito$48。兩杯飲品都係有水果成份,所以飲落好清新,而且大大杯。無幾耐鱈魚片$68就到啦!份量唔少,有成十幾片,食落口估唔到係脆卜卜㗎!點埋蛋黃醬一齊食,又係第二個味道。錫紙牛油雜菌$48,顧名思義嚟到你嘅面前都仲係攞錫紙包住嘅,打開咗少少啲菇嘅鮮味已經飄緊出嚟。我鍾意佢嘅黑椒撈埋少少焗完雜菌嘅菇汁,打斜隻碟用匙羹筆出嚟飲真係好鮮。大吟釀煮蜆$168,蜆肉份量慷慨,蜆肉肥美脹卜卜,蜆肉精華流入湯汁同清酒煮埋一齊,聞到清酒味好香,個湯非常香甜,蜆肉除咗脹卜卜之外,食落仲好有海水味。本身唔知啲嘢食咁大份,驚唔夠飽仲叫多咗個醬油漬糖心蛋鴨湯拉麵$88,食完個大吟釀煮蜆已經飽飽地。🥲我嘅習慣食拉麵一嚟係要飲湯先嘅,鴨湯好甜,好清,唔油膩,一唔小心,已經飲咗半碗😂。鴨胸仲有足足六塊!糖心蛋唔係半隻,係足足一隻,非常入味;拉麵口感軟硬適中,而且湯汁掛喺拉麵上面一

食晒以上嘅嘢,其實已經好飽,不過朋友話餐廳個蕃薯 Crème brûlée $68好好食,叫我一定要試吓。其實我想試佢個花生酥$25/2多啲,but why not both? 甜品係第二個胃黎㗎嘛。😆

甜品好快上齊,首先嚟到嘅係花生酥,佢個賣相有少少似曲奇餅,佢唔係口感脆嘅酥餅,其實佢個口感係入口即化嘅果一種酥。入口好重花生味,好有誠意,連一塊少少嘅酥餅都咁認真對待,餐廳真係好用心。

蕃薯 Crème brûlée黎啦!🥹好彩我有聽朋友講叫埋呢一個番薯,面頭嘅焦糖好脆,中間嘅燉蛋crème brûlée,同埋番薯都係軟腍腍,所以呢個甜品口感相當豐富。甜味分別係焦糖嘅甜,同埋來自番薯本身嘅甜,唔係坊間嗰種喪落糖只有死甜嘅甜品。❤️

總括而言,服務上店員都有不停幫我哋嘅水杯加水,上菜嘅時候都有介紹菜名同埋每道菜嘅特別之處,態度友善;味道上每一道菜都係誠意之作,真係超級推薦大家一定要留返個胃食甜品😋。
