來到銅鑼灣，試咗朋友介紹嘅呢間鐵板燒餐廳，價錢唔係好貴，但係食物質素好高西柚蝦沙律這道沙律以西柚的酸甜和蝦肉的鮮甜🥹好開胃呀活龍蝦🦞肉質緊實且彈牙，活南非鮑魚這道鮑魚經過精心處理，火候掌控得當，側邊仲有海草，仲可以食埋佢嘅內臟，真係一款鮑魚幾款食得仲可以點埋側邊嘅醬😬😬香煎牛舌芯牛舌芯的外層煎得酥脆，內裡仍然保持多汁滑嫩。口感勁好👏👏和牛薄燒這道和牛經過輕微炙燒，油花分佈均勻，入口即化，加埋蔥喺入面就更加惹味啦日式炒雜菜食到咁上下，梗係要食吓菜啦，清新爽口又不油膩。這道菜作為配菜，為整餐增添了平衡感，十分解膩👍👍日高昆布蜆湯湯底熬煮自日高昆布，呈現出濃郁的海洋風味，蜆肉的鮮甜更是使湯品層次更加豐富。🥳海膽海鮮炒飯炒飯粒粒分明，口感豐富而不油膩，我食咗勁飽之後仲有甜品，成個感覺真係好滿足❤️
