To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

辣死你嗎配仁當牛肉（$72）辣死你嗎原來唔係指佢有幾辣，原來係因為馬來西亞話Nasi Lemak係椰漿飯咁解，綠色的椰漿飯，一上枱就聞到濃濃的椰漿味，食落甜甜地，配上少少辣辣地的咖喱牛肉，牛肉煮得軟淋，咖喱入味，飯入面配有酥脆魚仔同花生，加埋一齊食，令個飯有多重口感同味道，惹味。檳城福建蝦麵（$68）蝦麵湯底濃郁，我配滲滲，油麵加米粉底，吸汁掛湯，配菜方面，2隻鮮蝦，新鮮大隻，2舊豬腩肉，肥瘦均勻，通菜係預先炒過，咸咸辣辣，同麵底好夾。
