To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前嚟過食下午茶，佢呢度最出名嘅就係㗎吔多士，㗎吔醬夠多，多士油夠脆口好好食。今次就嚟食過lunch，試吓佢個辣死你嗎配仁噹牛肉。呢個飯都幾多配菜，有蝦片、魚仔、青瓜同埋椰汁飯。牛肉雖然叫辣死你嗎，但對我嚟講唔係好辣，不過牛肉係好腍，好易咬開，同埋都算幾多，不過我就嫌佢醬多咗啲。蝦片睇落唔似自己整，不過都好脆，唔會有油益味，側邊啲魚仔鹹鹹地，配飯幾好食。個飯反而冇乜特別，唔太食到其他味道。下次可以再嚟試吓啲麵
