To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

川渝烤魚風味九龍城真係超級多嘢食，除咗泰國菜仲有唔同菜式嘅小店，依家九龍城有宋王臺呢個站，食嘢真係相當方便。上網睇咗間幾吸引嘅烤魚店。見到Menu有大魚細魚小骨魚揀，兩個人食都唔驚食唔晒。入到舖頭，地面嗰層已經坐滿人，我哋坐係上舖。上鋪有不少多人卡位，啱晒一班friend或者一家人食飯。今次我哋嗌咗大半份嘅香辣味烤魚，配幼薯粉同一碗蠔仔肉碎魚湯泡飯。先講吓個蠔仔肉碎魚湯泡飯 個人有少少餓 魚湯泡飯好快上台 味道鮮甜美味10分多蠔仔同肉碎 烤魚配魚湯泡飯相當夾香辣味超香濃 聞一聞即刻食指大動 魚肉鮮甜美味 肉質嫩滑外層略酥脆 間唔時咬感有層次最後我哋食咗串烤羊肉串 上面灑上孜然粉 10分惹味 熱辣辣外層又香脆
