今晩去了銅鑼灣的天勝,入面大多也是日本人,喝喝酒吃吃小食,連師傅也是日本人。好像很正宗似的,真令人期待。六件握壽司 ($350) 有拖羅、立魚、深海池魚、帆立貝、蟹肉和海膽。非常之新鮮,肉質彈牙。其中我最愛的是拖羅,魚肉細膩,有入口即溶感。滑蛋黑豚肉煮 ($168) 賣相非常吸引,半流質的滑蛋晶瑩剔透。豬扒炸得鬆脆,肉質豐厚。還有蔬菜在底,如能拌飯吃就好了。三文魚親子飯 ($98) 有鮮甜的三文魚和大大粒的魚籽脆卜卜,而且帶鹹香,原來飯的份量也不少,想飽肚的可點這個。
