雞皮係依度好出色嘅串燒,鹽燒原塊雞皮燒到好似紙咁薄,幾乎可以透光,可想而知無多餘嘅油份,非常香脆唔油膩,至於雞皮墨魚滑嘅雞皮同樣做到香脆口感,外脆而墨魚滑彈牙,不論係原塊燒定係包住野都咁好食~豬肉卷嘅配搭非常多,好多仲好有創意,其他地方好少見,試咗豚肉莞茜卷、豆苗卷、無花果卷,芫茜卷好香,本身鍾意芫茜嘅不妨一試,豚肉節瓜波棒糖都係極有心思🍭其他串燒整體嘅質素都唔錯,厚切鹽燒牛舌拖羅、汁燒赤雞心同埋雞肝都燒得啱啱好,調味唔會過重👍焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士嘅鵝肝頗大塊,$58 嘅鰻魚炒飯更加係抵食,大大碟而且鰻魚粒都唔少🍚百香果烏龍茶、熱甘草柑橘蜜
