To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時間唔中都會食意樂, 早午晚餐都食過了, 味道ok價錢仲好抵, 今次就同屋企人黎開餐。🔸什扒餐🔸男人之選, 抵食夾大件, 有雞扒豬扒煙肉香腸蕃茄煎蛋, 仲配埋薯條炒飯雜菜, 揀咗菇菇汁好味👍🔸黑松露煙肉菌皇忌廉扁意粉🔸一上枱就就好香既黑松露味, 男人話好大聞煤氣味😂😂😂, 確實唔係個個都鍾意呢隻味, 但我就係鍾意咁獨特既味道。 味道係好味但如果收返汁會更好。🔸安格斯牛🔸個人不太喜歡太多血水, 所以通常會叫七成熟, 煎得都算啱啱好, 無乜血水, 肉質嫩而不韌。🔸卡邦尼長通粉🔸長通粉好適合掛汁, 煙肉唔會太咸, 好味。🔸鰻魚炒飯🔸好足料, 加上甜甜既鰻魚汁, 無得輸。
