此香港吉兆雖不同彼京都米芝蓮三星的吉兆,但師傅曾在知名的NOBU及鮨佐瀨任職,可算經驗豐富!他家選用北海道米加入白醋及鹽等制作壽司飯,食材由東京築地及北海道札幌中央漁市場新鮮空運到港。*️⃣Kaiseki Omakase Dinner Course各款拖羅肥美🤩、油脂分佈平均、入口即溶🤤!兩款海膽左邊的有濃濃的煙薰味,右邊那款鮮甜又creamy😋!白蝦仔是當造期,晶瑩剔透又份外鮮甜👍🏻!kinki肥美得黎又鬆軟!和牛及雞肉就唔太掂,和牛只感覺食到一口油無乜牛味,雞肉就唔滑又硬硬地🙁。而呢個set本應只有ikura唔包毛蟹,但師傅好好人送左比我地食😝,最後以一件我最愛的日本蜜瓜及綠茶布丁和杏仁豆腐布丁作結,蜜瓜甜美多汁不在話下👅,布丁味道及口感也是十分高質,因為很少遇到omakase的甜品是好吃的!📝呢到食材新鮮、價錢相宜、性價比都ok,師傅風趣又夠nice!個人認為缺點係始終d食物比唔到客人有驚喜感覺。
