同老婆都好耐無食過Omakase,其他地方都好難BOOK到枱,但比我地發現有間新開既Omakase既店舖,於事試這間睇下如何。雖然地方不算好大,但入到去環境優雅,店員又有禮,不錯。Omakase Set N前菜三點、刺身、和食、肴(小食)、壽司、湯、甜品【前菜三點】(右)純菜配土佐醋、秋葵粒,味道酸甜開胃,令人食慾大增。(上)吞拿魚山芋蓉、口感滑溜溜,味道爽嫩鮮甜。(下)白粟米皮薄豐潤、口感黏甜適中,清爽多汁。【間八剌身】刺身賣相非常精緻,用了無花果梅花間竹間住間八剌身,再加少量黑松露油,令鮮甜味提升,魚肉口感韌中帶有少許的脆感。【宮城縣獨眼龍生蠔】這個名字非常特別,蠔身肉質飽滿,再加了即磨柚子沙冰,冰涼加鮮味非常突出,令人回味無窮【帆立貝】北海道帆立貝入口爽脆鮮甜,不似平常吃到的軟淋感覺,口感結實爽嫩,灑上少許竹炭鹽,令到鮮味提升。【沖鰺】跟池魚同屬一科,味道鮮嫩爽甜,但魚油比較少一點,入口清爽鮮甜。【池魚】用了三星漬味噌調味,再加上炸乾蔥增加口感,食時拌勻再一起食,味噌咸香味可以中和池魚的油膩感,味道鮮味十足,乾蔥香氣有畫龍點睛之效。【伊佐木】加入名荷、醬油放入玻璃杯內,再用煙燻1

師傅將鮑魚切片,肝醬再加上茴香籽跟醋飯拌勻,最後將飯夾在鮑魚片中間,第一口先食鮑片,鮑魚預先用醬汁調味,味道鮮嫩可口,肉質彈牙,之後再將肝醬飯跟鮑魚一同放入口中,肝醬濃郁甘香,茴香籽香氣四溢,而且一粒一粒充滿咬口,加上鮑魚鮮甜味,整個口感味道都非常豐富。
