To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 邊爐癮起,要去止一止,附近稻香雖然按碟計,但我地兩個食量唔大,無咩所謂。本身都想食豬骨湯底,見佢做緊$1!諗都唔駛諗就要啦~ 老老實實,佢d火鍋料都按碟計唔係平,唔講特別料,佢有分$48 (如:肉/蝦/魷魚)/$38(如:鵝腸/丸)/$28(如:餃類/菇)/$18(如:菜類),加埋加一呀,醬料呀,茶錢咁,我都有d期望。佢個一蚊豬骨湯鍋都算係咁,有幾舊豬骨(不過真係一d肉都無~~),兩件蘿蔔、兩件紅蘿蔔、四塊炸枝竹,個湯既味道都幾濃,呢樣真係抵食,不過其他料就只可以用差來形容:特價肥牛 ($38) x 2:唔知點解刀工咁好,一片片真係薄到透,有7片左右,唔知點解肥牛可以無牛味,又唔夠肥……雲吞拼水餃 ($28):上碟個樣已經唔知雪左幾耐,食落完全唔新鮮,一pat野咁,寧願食x仔碼頭……牛丸拼蟹柳 ($28):黎到先知係黑椒牛丸 (唔鍾意食),但佢張紙又無列明,搞錯!個幾條長過平時見到既畸形蟹柳,又係無味,食粉團,真係火都黎,食唔落!娃娃菜 ($18):又係見到唔開胃,都唔係新唔新鮮既問題,我覺得係唔衛生,d菜一定無洗過,不特止,爛左變色個d你都處理下好喎,無!你唔好叫我落田自己摘!韮菜苗

佢個一蚊豬骨湯鍋都算係咁,有幾舊豬骨(不過真係一d肉都無~~),兩件蘿蔔、兩件紅蘿蔔、四塊炸枝竹,個湯既味道都幾濃,呢樣真係抵食,不過其他料就只可以用差來形容:

特價肥牛 ($38) x 2:唔知點解刀工咁好,一片片真係薄到透,有7片左右,唔知點解肥牛可以無牛味,又唔夠肥……

雲吞拼水餃 ($28):上碟個樣已經唔知雪左幾耐,食落完全唔新鮮,一pat野咁,寧願食x仔碼頭……

韮菜苗 ($18):算係正常d既野,起碼食落覺得新鮮。

其實呢餐都唔知自己食左d咩,就算唔飽都唔想再加料。。稻香呢個名咁響,平時飲荐都覺得幾好,但打邊爐竟然差成咁,好無誠意,不如專注返小菜算啦。

仲有,其實個侍應姐姐服務都好好,不過十幾台得佢一個人,應都應唔切!隔離台同我地差唔多時間到,我d食完咁濟佢d野食都未到,催左幾次發晒爛渣,唔知邊度出問題!仲有一台,話叫左加水好耐無人理,出到去門口叫台個度投訴。人手唔夠就請人啦,食到人一肚火!
