10年前(2014年)幫襯過一次,果時小店新開張,walk in即有位,但果次食完冇咩深刻印象….聽人講此店摘星Michelin,唔知幾時開始,好難book檯食飯,閒閒得要提前半年大半年~小店晚晚門外人頭湧湧,好誇張㗎!終於,我又book到位啦!提前check openrice撿定口碑餸,晚8:00(第二輪)準時入位…..地方好逼(唔計較喇)1)蝦多士(HKD85/件) 👇👇👇坦白講,食一件已經飽一半了!過量之餘,仲非常啲油膩,建議份量減半,薄身小小,相信味道仲可能更鮮美,最重要價格也應下調至合理一下!(7/10)2)薑蔥焗蟹煎腸粉 HKD650.- 👇👇除咗價格貴,其它冇意見!好味!推薦(9/10)3)韭菜花銀魚小炒皇 HKD180.- 👇👇搭配啲顏色唔錯!但味道好重,特別鹹,仲有小小腥😅 (7/10)4)雞油花雕火腿絲蒸馬友 HKD590.- 👇尼味餸係功夫菜,酒味十足,ok!(8.5/10)5-6)乳鴿HKD85.-/隻,標準(8/10)茶香煙燻雞 HKD330/半隻 普通(7.5/10)7)瑤扒西蘭花 HKD168.- 👍👍推薦8)少爺焗豬扒飯 + 4 荷包蛋 HKD420.-
