To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時喺九龍城食飯, 成日食飽經過呢間川菜都好想試, 琴晚終於有機會同老公黎撐枱腳一齊食飯皮蛋海哲有驚喜, 開頭諗住呢味應該都係辣, 點知唔辣, 食落仲有輕微酒味烤魚小辣, 如果辣同麻多d就更好喇, 我地兩個人都係叫左條細半條都已經好夠, 份量足, 店員提過魚係鯇魚, 開頭仲諗住d肉會鞋d粗d, 試落又比想像中滑白鱔串外脆內軟, 肉質新鮮值得一提係, 呢度食野係冇時間限制 (我地傍晚6點零到達, 唔需要等位)
