To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年伊始萬象更新，連吃賀年糕點也要夠創新。 打開紙盒始發現這個糕點是保鮮包裝，既方便又衛生，有時送禮還是自用，沿途上把糕點左搖右擺地抽也不怕。紙盒上印有成分表，細閱之下發現糕點是完全没有添加人工及化學劑，普遍食客定可放心地享受，不過糕點是有使〖魚膠〗來凝固，素食者要特別留意。矜貴的外表，味道卻是驚喜的特別，有十勝紅豆茸做成的糕底，甜香不膩，中間及頂層是由新鮮芒果肉做成的軟糕及金箔啫喱，味道酸咪咪的天然好味，鮮豔搶眼的顏色好有福星高照的好兆頭。 如此的開胃、有特色的糕點，我建議 平日都要開賣!在此恭祝各位  新春大吉、新年勝舊年 !味道 4環境 3服務 3衛生 5抵食 4
