太子始創中心經常哋喺度都係食嗰幾間鐘中餐廳,今次朋友同我介紹咗間餐廳,喺西餐廳來㗎,食物唔錯,價錢都比較合理。咁呢日就嚟試下。朋友喜歡食沙律,咁就嗌咗呢個“羽衣甘藍雜菜無花果”沙律,羽衣甘藍喺香港比較少啲,而我就鍾意食無花果,係新鮮嘅無花果,無花果乾通常就用來煲湯用,而新鮮嘅就比較清新啲,我like fresh.兩個主菜就係以下兩樣:“卡邦尼意大利粉配溫泉蛋”和”香煎格陵蘭比目魚配牛油忌廉汁“,意粉餐整體來講味道唔錯,溫泉蛋蛋蛋半熟,有流心效果,算perfect;而今次長途旅行返來差不多日日食魚,中式,西式都食,比目魚幾大件,又厚肉,煎到恰到好處,邊邊有脆香之感,牛油忌廉有"畫龍點睛” 之效👍
