To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日同男朋友都ot，原本book左嘅餐廳食唔到，返到嚟元朗見岩岩好宵夜時段，又講左好耐想嚟朝聖下悟空，左思右想下就入左去啦。就咁睇宵夜餐好似幾抵咁，我地嗌左個B餐外再加左個五品菇菇同四片牛舌。跟住就係今晚嘅重點....因為要點腹胸肉先會有紀念品送，所以就一定要叫啦！呢個係宵夜餐牌點左嘅嘢食，牛角啲肉一直有保證，所以都好好食嘅。個餐包兩杯飲品，牛角特飲我覺得偏甜，而男朋友個乳酪特飲呢佢就話冇味，好似普通梳打水咁。然後重點嚟啦，呢個腹胸肉會跟三個汁，第一個係辛辣汁，唔係真係好辣，唔太食得辣嘅人都食得到；第二個係蜜糖芥末，我覺得佢同「金拱門」嘅麥樂雞醬一樣，但用嚟點牛肉又幾夾；最後就係睇落好核突嘅菠菜汁，出奇嘅好味，咸咸地咁唔會有草青味，所以唔好俾佢外表呃左，它很醜但很夾味。重要嘅係佢有我隻手咁長👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼呢個肉嘅質感真係好軟腍，就算燒耐左都唔會”un” 真係好好食，絕對係食過返尋味。到最後當然有嗌返個代表住悟空爺爺嘅四星球啦。上到嚟有啲失望，因為都幾求其下，但影相出嚟效果又ok喎😂真係濾鏡的重要性。佢係雲尼拿雪糕嚟，個雪糕質感有啲黏，應該係重奶油嘅效果。上面就係似芬達汽水味嘅啫喱
