To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日一家三口想搵個舒適嘅地方食午餐，喺尖東搵到這間餐廳。地點位於九龍酒店地庫，地鐵有一個出口連接，地點十分方便。我們叫了三個定食一一⭐️究極海鮮刺身全定食、⭐️銀鱈魚西京燒定食，以及⭐️壽司六點牛肉烏冬定食。食物美味，刺身同埋壽司都好新鮮，麵豉湯夠晒熱。而小朋友嗌咗銀鱈魚西京燒，魚肉有肉汁，燒得又夠香。環境舒適，好似去咗日本居酒屋。另外，服務好細心，見小朋友嚟到，上的不是茶，而是熱水👍👍👍
