To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 試過不同的Brick Lane 分店後,我最喜歡的是位於金鐘Citic Tower的那一間,因為那outdoor seat, 很有外國的感覺,想悠閑地吃個brunch, 渡過一個懶洋洋的下午,這裡真是放空的好選擇。食物水準更是高的很,在香港吃過最好吃的All Day Breakfast and Egg Benedict 很有可能是Brick Lane了,要知道每一種食材都要弄的好吃,要花的工夫不能少,水煮蛋要煮的剛剛好,保持了很多的蛋汁,薯餅即叫即炸,不是那種預早大量炸起的,蘑菇、香腸、煙肉都煎的非常好,炒蛋不會太老,依然很滑,整體都好滿意,食物、環境和服務都很好 會再回來
